Students' innovative entrepreneurial success
The college attaches great importance to college students' inno+vation and entrepreneurship, strives to create an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere, cultivates students' awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhances students' entrepreneurial and innovative capabilities.
The college encourage students to participate in the teachers' scientific research team and the student technology innovation organization such as the Mechanical Innovation Association, the 3D Innovation Design Association, and the “GongShan”Technology Innovation Studio, and continue to hold “ May 4th ” scientific and technological exhibitions and graduation design works.
In the past three years, the college students have won more than 20 national awards and more than 100 provincial and ministerial awards, obtained more than 200 patents in the National 3D Innovation Design Competition, National College Mechanical Innovation Competition, National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition, and Automotive Innovation Design Competition .
Cultivation Of Talents
The college improves the quality of talent training through classroom teaching and the development of students’ hands-on skills. 15 graduate student Hu Jun was nominated as the nation's upward-looking good youth.The college graduates have been widely welcomed by employers, and the employment rate of graduates has remained at over 90%. About 40% of graduates serve large-scale state-owned enterprises such as rail transit and have played an important role in serving the local economy and industrial development.
